• Coordinator Offices for Associate Diploma in Agriculture, Equine Option and Associate Diploma in Horticulture.
• Coordinator Office for Applied Degree in BBRM, Equine Management Option - Room 215
• Student Exercise & Weight Room - located in the basement
• Several classroooms
• Several conference/meeting rooms

Parish was built in 1953 to replace the old engineering building that was destroyed by a fire.  It included facilities that allowed students to learn and practice techniques such as: woodworking, forging, and equipment repairs.  In addition Parish became the new location for The College Royal in the 1970's.

Parish is the main center for classrooms and also houses computer labs on the main floor.  A number of offices for instructors, including teachers involved the delivery of Diplomas in Equine Studies, Horticulture & Agriculture are located within the building. Conference facilities such as an Auditorium & Teleconferencing facilities are housed within the Parish Building.
