Transcript Requests:
If you require a transcript when applying to another college or university in Ontario, you must request it through the ontariocolleges.ca website. www.ontariocolleges and on the main menus click "Request Post Secondary Transcripts". There will be a charge per transcript request.
When requesting transcripts, please print and fill out the provided form.
