The Registrar's Office
This office provides assistance to students from the time that they consider University of Guelph Kemptville Campus for their post secondary education to the date of their graduation. We are responsible for full time and part time programs in which applications are made through the www.ontariocolleges.ca process.

Our Hours Are:
Mondays-Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Appointments are scheduled for in house students from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily.

Tours are available year round, every Monday and are approximately two hours in length. Residence, Fitness, and Animal Facilities can be visited by special request. Transcript Requests
Official transcripts are produced by this office for students who have attended our diploma or certificate programs (at least 2 semesters in duration). There is a fee involved for this service and please allow 7-10 working days for the production of the transcript.
