The Registrar's Office

This office provides assistance to students from the time that they consider University of Guelph Kemptville Campus for their post secondary education to the date of their graduation. We are responsible for full time and part time programs in which applications are made through the www.ontariocolleges.ca process.

Exam timetables for Fall 2011 have been posted

Our Hours Are:


Mondays-Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Appointments are scheduled for in house students from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily.

    Transcript Requests

    Official transcripts are produced by this office for students who have attended our diploma or certificate programs (at least 2 semesters in duration). There is a fee involved for this service and please allow 7-10 working days for the production of the transcript.
