Important Application Cycle Dates

November, 2011:

First Acknowledgement package for applications received. Early to mid December, applications will be acknowledged. An application is not considered without highschool marks. Please direct any questions to the Registrar's office.

February 1, 2012:

First Round of Offers (Offers continue to go out through the application process) Applications received at ontariocolleges.ca on or before this date will be given equal consideration
Earliest admission offer date for applicants

Please note offer dates for our specific programs will be published in the near future.

May 1, 2012:

Confirmations should be received by this date.

Applicants must confirm their acceptance of an offer of admission online through ontariocolleges.ca. Please refer to your offer letter for details.

June/July:

Registration packages for students who have accepted offers.

Accepting your Offer

To accept your offer of admission you must return your response document by the deadline indicated in your offer letter. If you applied through Ontario Colleges Application Service (www.ontariocolleges.ca), your response must be received by the deadline, typically mid May. If you do not respond by the deadline, please contact Kemptville Campus to see if space is still available for your program of choice.

You can view your offers of admission online on the ontariocolleges.ca website www.ontariocolleges.ca. You can confirm your acceptance of an offer using your online account Using your username and password, login to your online ontariocolleges.ca account.

Residence Room Reservations

It is important to apply for residence as early as possible. June 1st, is the last day for new students entering semester one or two to submit residence applications and be GUARANTEED accommodation. Applications are still accepted after this day, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Please note that your application and deposit must be received in Student Accounts Office by this date.

 

Registration & Course Selection

Once you have accepted your offer of admission, the admissions office will mail you information about the registration process. You can expect to receive this package in June or July. Registration at Kemptville Campus involves the selection of courses and the payment of fees.
